Summary
  • By using API Indonesia, you agree to these terms.
  • You are responsible for your account, API keys, integrations, and use of data through your applications.
  • If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms.

Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for protecting passwords, session tokens, and API keys.
  • You must notify us if credentials are leaked or access is unauthorized.
  • We may suspend accounts if there is a security risk, abuse, or a terms violation.

Service license

As long as you follow these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use API Indonesia according to the documentation, quota, and plan limits.

Prohibited use

  • Sending spam, malware, fake traffic, or requests that disrupt the service.
  • Trying to bypass rate limits, quota, authentication, or access controls.
  • Bulk extraction outside your plan, documentation, or written permission.
  • Using the service for illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Reselling the service in a way that confuses users about data source or responsibility.

Data and attribution

Some data comes from public sources or third parties such as government agencies and BMKG. We work to keep data accurate, but data may change, arrive late, or be incomplete. Users must review legal, operational, and compliance needs for their own applications.

Plans, quota, and payment

  • The free plan has no monthly allowance; paid plans include a monthly credit quota. Rate limits and features differ per plan.
  • Subscription fees, invoices, taxes, and refunds follow the pricing page and billing dashboard.
  • If payment fails or is late, paid access may be downgraded, limited, or stopped.

Service changes

We may add, change, or discontinue endpoints, fields, plans, and technical limits. For major compatibility changes, we try to give reasonable notice through documentation, email, dashboard, or changelog.

Liability limits

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, API Indonesia is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made only from service data.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, do not pay invoices, create a security risk, or use the service in a harmful way.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be handled through written, good-faith communication.
