How to delete an account
- Sign in to the dashboard, open Account, and choose account deletion if available.
- If you cannot sign in, send a request to hello@apiindonesia.id from your account email.
- Include the account name, organization, and confirmation that you want the account deleted.
What is deleted
- Account profile and user preferences.
- Active API keys and session tokens.
- Support data that is no longer needed.
- Usage data that can be deleted without harming audit or billing duties.
Data that may be retained
- Invoices, payments, taxes, and accounting records.
- Security logs needed for investigation or abuse prevention.
- Data that must be kept under law or valid authority order.
Processing time
We usually process requests within 30 calendar days after identity and authority checks are complete.
